1.BE INTERESTED IN YOUR PROSPECT
They are genuinely interested in you, their eyes told you so, they ask
questions to clarify what you said.
I do XYZ, How long have you been doing XYZ? What made you start XYZ?
I know someone who will help take you further in XYZ
2 DO NOT BE DISTRACTED BY ANYTHING
Television,Call waiting on the telephone, baby or child crying in the background.
Acknowledge that there is a distraction and ask if they need to take care of it.
3.SINCERE FRIENDLY FACIAL EXPRESSION
Be comfortable, eye contact
4.USE CORRECT AMOUNT OF ASSERTIVENESS
Asserting too much ie. volume. The prospect will back away from us
Must have third eye watching prospect
No tension, hesitating, studdering
No tension, do not sound fake, no fear they won’t accept what you are saying,
Do not use fluff

6.BODY DOES NOT DISTRACT THE PROSPECT
Scent, Bad Breathe, Perfume,Cologne, Business dress as nicely as the most
nicely dressed guest. Be interested in them and Help them get what they need

Say nothing you do not know is the absolute truth
Keep your word once given
If you did not keep your word, make it up to the person
8. KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT
Prospects appreciate me knowing the business
9.COMMUNICATE AT THE PROSPECTS LEVEL
Only use words the person your communicating with understands and knows.
ie.MLM, Diamond. Vocabulary :all the words of a language the sum of
words understood by. Where does one get a large vocabulary, things
read or heard. Larger vocabulary gives one diversity. Spanish, French
other lanuages also good for communication
10. HAVE THE INTENTION TO MAKE THE PERSONS LIFE BETTER
Aim that guides action
All actions in the past were preceeded by an intention
Worked on focus of the right thing
Make clients life better
