LIST YOUR Babbits and then think about what would happen if you made a change. Answer these questions:
Which habit will have the greatest impact on my life -immediately?
Which habit will have the greatest long-term effect on my life?
Which habit will help me get rid of the clutter?
Which habit will help me lead a happier life?
Which habit is holding me back?
Which habit can I change now?
